Diplomová práce představuje paradigmata servisně orientované ekonomiky z hlediska konkurenceschopnosti firmy. Zaměřuje se na konkurenční výhody, kterých lze dosáhnout nebo podporovat rozvojem služeb. Teoretický základ prezentuje specifika a význam sektoru služeb v současných nejvyspělejších ekonomikách. Jmenuje hlavní konkurenční strategie používané v sektoru služeb a srovnává je se zažitými strategiemi známými z produktově orientované ekonomiky. Práce blíže analyzuje metody rozvoje služeb ve společnosti IBM GSDC Brno v oblasti globalních IT služeb. Pojednává o hlavních problémech spojených s jejich inovací a zároveň naznačuje současné a budoucí trendy v oblasti IT služeb. V praktické návrhové části jsou prezentovány nové přístupy k rozvoji služeb, které by mohly podpořit konkurenceschopnost firmy na globálním trhu služeb.
An elementary school aged student with mild intellectual disability - a comparison of education in inclusive schools and those established according to paragraph 16

The bachelor's thesis is focused on an elementary school aged student with mild intellectual disabilities - a comparison of education in inclusive schools and those established according to paragraph 16 of the Schools Act. The aim of the research is to compare the education of pupils with mild intellectual disabilities at a primary school established under paragraph 16 section 9 of the Schools Act and at an inclusive primary school. The sub-objective is to establish whether there are differences between the two types of schools in terms of providing conditions for pupils with mild intellectual disabilities. The theoretical part contains four main chapters. The first chapter characterizes the period of an elementary school aged student. The following chapter focuses on intellectual disability, especially mild intellectual disability. The third chapter deals with the system of care and services for children with intellectual disabilities and their legal representative. The last chapter of the theoretical part is focused on the education of pupils with intellectual disabilities. This chapter mentions the education of pupils with intellectual disabilities before 1989, after 1989 and the current educational opportunities of these pupils, while the chapter also focuses on the current educational opportunities of pupils with mild intellectual disabilities. A qualitative method was used for the research part, namely semi-structured interviews. The research showed that there are some differences between the two types of schools. Differences emerged in staffing conditions, the use of special education resources and the application of an individual approach to pupils. This bachelor's thesis contributes to the knowledge of the current situation in the education of pupils with mild mental disabilities.
Compensation aids for people with visual disability and the specifics of their availability

The topic of this bachelor's thesis is Compensative aids for people with visual disability and and the specifics of their availability. The aim of this research is to determine clients approach of companies distributing compensative assistive devices in Czech Republic on the basis of qualitative study and also any other company offers except of this device purchase. According to the goals above the two questions of the research were stated: 1) Do compensative assistive devices purchasing companies render any services? 2) What is the companies client approach? The study is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. Theoretical one includes four main basic units. The first unit applies to classification of visual impairments and person with visual impairments using compensative assistive devices because of disease. The second unit is devoted to amends as it is and senses partly replacing sense of vision. In the third unit compensative assistive devices are classified and described. In the last unit the study is focused on service scheme and system of companies rendering services to person with visual impairments in Czech Republic. In the practical part the characteristics of the aim, methods of research, methods of data gathering are given. To reach the aim of the practical part the qualitative analysis was used. The method of data gathering were open debates and websites. The undertook study showed that companies distributing compensative assistive devices apply to the best advertising companies not only appropriate organizations but also person with visual impairments to know a thing about them. This companies do their best and try to afford the highest quality service to their clients. Fair enough this companies want clients to be satisfied and recommend them further. Due to it companies may rise.
